- Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms.
4. Services Offered
AlumFed provides:
- A Job Board connecting former federal employees with private-sector opportunities.
- Career Transition Resources for professional growth.
- Employer Services for posting job listings and hiring.
We do not guarantee job placement or the accuracy of job listings.
5. User Responsibilities
For Former Federal Employees (Sellers)
- Provide accurate and truthful information on resumes and applications.
- Respond promptly to employer inquiries and job offers.
- Maintain professional communication with potential employers.
For Employers (Clients)
- Ensure job postings comply with employment laws.
- Provide clear and honest job descriptions.
- Avoid discriminatory or unethical hiring practices.
6. Payment & Subscription Plans
- Certain features may require payment or subscription.
- Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Employers must pay for job postings as per the selected plan.
7. Dispute Resolution
- AlumFed is not responsible for disputes between Users.
- Employers and candidates should resolve disputes directly.
- We may assist but do not provide legal arbitration.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal job listings.
- Use the platform for spam, harassment, or discrimination.
- Engage in activities that violate any local, state, or federal laws.
9. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- We provide the platform as-is without guarantees of job placement.
- We are not liable for employer-employee disputes, missed opportunities, or financial losses.
- We are not responsible for third-party content or external job listings.
